Glow Kits include youth-friendly sun protection essentials and simple guidance that helps young people understand why sunscreen matters every day, not just at the beach. This pillar focuses on making sun safety feel practical, accessible, and relevant, especially for youth who may not have received consistent education about skin protection before.
Oral Care
This pillar supports everyday oral hygiene with basic products and easy-to-understand reminders about brushing, flossing, and building healthy habits that protect long-term wellness. The goal is to make oral care feel manageable and empowering rather than overwhelming or easy to ignore.
Each Glow Kit is paired with a simple educational handout or mini resource that explains the “why” behind the products in clear, youth-friendly language. This pillar helps turn a one-time kit into a learning moment by connecting small daily habits to confidence, health, and self-respect.

Each Glow Kit Includes:
SPF product (travel-size or full-size, broad-spectrum where possible)
Toothbrush, toothpaste, and/or floss sample
One-page Glow Guide (sun care, oral care, and realistic habits)

Protect That Glow offers Glow Kits, simple educational resources, and short presentations or workshops designed to introduce youth to realistic sun care and oral care habits in a way that feels approachable and useful. We are best suited for schools, after-school programs, youth groups, and student-facing community organizations serving middle school, high school, and college-age populations, with a particular focus on youth in under-resourced communities and youth of color.
Our process is designed to stay simple: organizations submit interest, we learn more about their audience and timeline, we discuss whether Glow Kits, educational materials, or a brief workshop are the best fit, and then we coordinate distribution or programming based on available supplies and partnership capacity.

How Glow Kits work
We’re currently securing sponsor partners to launch our first Glow Kit cohort in late 2026, and have already secured 150 sun safety items to be included.
Step 1: We partner with schools, clinics, or nonprofits to identify youth who’ll receive kits.
Step 2: We secure donated or sponsored products and assemble kits with volunteers.
Step 3: We deliver kits with a brief, age-appropriate educational moment or resource.
